Eligibility requirements
You need the following to be eligible for the MTN Ghana Foundation scholarship:
- a first-year or continuing student at any public tertiary institution in Ghana working toward a first degree or getting training in vocational and technical skills;
- be Ghanaian and smart;
- have a good character, be able to work hard, and do well in school. As a continuing student, it’s a good thing to be involved in activities outside of school.
- be able to show that they have never been in trouble with the school’s rules and that they are not serving a bond.
Note that:
- There is no cost to apply.
- No one should apply if they already have any other type of educational scholarship.
- People who are taking classes in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and data analytics would be given priority.
- Women and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply in particular.
