KOICA Master Degree Scholarship Program 2025

KOICA is now taking applications for the 2025 KOICA Scholarship Program. Please share this information so that people with great potential can apply.

The KOICA Scholarship Program (SP) helps train future leaders from partner countries. These leaders will help their countries grow and develop.

Programs
KOICA Scholarship Program for Master’s degrees

Requirements

  • Must be from a partner country
  • Must be officially recommended by the government
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized school
  • Must be a public worker or work in a public-related job
  • Must meet the university’s requirements

Target Countries
KOICA selects countries from the DAC List of ODA Recipients (93 countries).

Benefits
The scholarship covers:

  • School fees (tuition)
  • Monthly allowance
  • Airplane tickets
  • Housing
  • Settlement money
  • Money for finishing the program
  • Insurance
  • Extra activities

How to Apply

  1. First round: KOICA Office or Korean Embassy in your country
  2. Second round: The university (Only for those who pass the first round)
